ONLY GOVERNMENT CONSENSUS ON EURO IS DITHER & DELAY - TAYLOR

Reacting to this morning's statement by the Prime Minister that a Cabinet 'consensus' was emerging on the Euro, Matthew Taylor MP, Liberal Democrat Shadow Chancellor, said:
"The only consensus in the Government appears to be dither and delay."
"It is time for the Government to give the British people their chance to decide."
