Commenting on tonight's documentary about Royal Mail, Simon Hughes MP, Liberal Democrat London spokesman and mayoral candidate, said: "I have been a life long supporter of the Royal Mail, but tonight's television documentary sadly confirms a widespread bad experience."
"Postal services in parts of London are far short of what people in businesses need and expect."
"Royal Mail must now be on notice."
