Putin's Inaction on Kyoto Will Cost Us Dearly - Stunell

Commenting on reports that President Putin has refused to set a timetable for Russian ratification of the Kyoto Treaty, Andrew Stunell MP, Liberal Democrat Shadow Energy Minister, said: "The battle against climate change has suffered a major set back."
"President Putin has chosen to line up with President Bush and his corporate cronies in the States, against the best interests of future generations across the planet."
