Man Utd Should Be As Red Faced As Their Shirts - Russell

Lessons should be learnt throughout the footballing world at the news that the Office of Fair Trading has fined Manchester United £1.65m for being part of a replica shirt price fixing operation, Bob Russell MP, Liberal Democrat Shadow Sports Minister, said today.
Bob Russell MP said: "Manchester United should be as red faced as their shirts for blatantly ripping off their club supporters. Hopefully lessons will have been learnt throughout the football world at this ruling."
"For far too long the higher reaches of football have treated the fans in a disgraceful way. It is time that the ordinary football supporter is given more consideration."
